Waterborne polyurethane coatings

水性聚氨酯涂料是以水代替有機溶劑作為分散介質(zhì)的新型聚氨酯體系。具有無氣味、無污染、易擦洗、防火防爆、安全可靠、機械性能優(yōu)良的特點。水性聚氨酯對基材有著極高的附著力，固化的漆膜耐腐蝕性、耐化學(xué)性能優(yōu)異，涂膜收縮率小、硬度高、耐磨性好、電氣絕緣性能優(yōu)異，具有極高的物理和耐化學(xué)性能。同時克服了油性地坪漆不透氣的缺點，提供更為耐久的使用壽命和保護功能。以水作為分散介質(zhì)，節(jié)約能源、無污染，符和環(huán)保要求。

Waterborne polyurethane coating is a new type of polyurethane system with water instead of organic solvent as a dispersing medium. It has the characteristics of no odor, no pollution, easy scrubbing, fireproof and explosion-proof, safe and reliable, excellent mechanical properties. Waterborne polyurethane has very high adhesion to the substrate. The cured film has excellent corrosion resistance and chemical resistance. The coating has small shrinkage, high hardness, good abrasion resistance, excellent electrical insulation property and high physical and chemical resistance. At the same time, it overcomes the disadvantages of oil - based floor lacquer's air permeability, and provides more durable service life and protection function. Water is used as a dispersing medium to save energy, pollution-free, and environmental requirements.
性能特點
Performance characteristics
以水作為分散介質(zhì)，不含甲苯、二甲苯之類的揮發(fā)性有機溶劑，不會造環(huán)境污染，沒有失火隱患，防火A(A1)級；
Water is used as a dispersing medium without volatile organic solvents such as toluene and xylene. It will not create environmental pollution, no fire hazard and fire protection A (A1).
擁有非常出色的耐磨性、柔韌性、抗劃傷性、抗化學(xué)物理性能；
It has excellent wear resistance, flexibility, scratch resistance and anti chemical physical properties.
可在相對潮濕環(huán)境中施工，有合理的固化時間，保證涂膜有較高的交聯(lián)密度；
It can be constructed in a relatively wet environment with a reasonable curing time, which ensures a high crosslinking density of the film.
耐黃變性能優(yōu)異，耐油性及耐濕性能卓越，優(yōu)異的附著力有效避免了材料的起殼、禿層等現(xiàn)象的產(chǎn)生；
Yellowing resistance is excellent, oil resistance and moisture resistance are excellent. Excellent adhesion effectively avoids the appearance of the shell and the bald layer of the material.
形成一個高密度，易清潔，抗沖擊的低收縮率地坪；
A low shrinkage floor with high density, easy cleaning and impact resistance is formed.
固化后的涂膜光澤柔和，質(zhì)感極佳，并且具有良好的防腐性和單向透氣性；
After curing, the gloss of the coating is soft, the texture is excellent, and it has good anticorrosion and one-way air permeability.
干燥時間快，表干1h,實干4h（20-23℃，相對空氣濕度60-65％）；
Dry time, dry 1H, dry 4H (20-23 C, relative air humidity 60-65%);
操作性好，施工工具可以直接用水清洗，材料的儲存、運輸和施工安全方便。

水性聚氨酯性能優(yōu)勢
Performance advantage of Waterborne Polyurethane
1、環(huán)保：以水作為分散介質(zhì)，無污染、無溶劑臭味、不會造成環(huán)境污染，VOC 含量低、符合環(huán)保法規(guī)的要求；

2、耐磨性和耐刮擦性強：水性聚氨酯地坪涂料具有較高的硬度，普通型的水性聚氨酯地坪硬度能達到 3~4H；加強型的可以達到 4~5H;重載型的水性聚氨酯地坪的硬度可以達到 5H~6H，耐磨性能比環(huán)氧地坪漆更勝一籌；
2, wear resistance and scratch resistance: waterborne polyurethane floor coating has high hardness, a common type of waterborne polyurethane floor hardness can reach 3~4H; enhanced can reach 4~5H; waterborne polyurethane floor heavy type hardness can reach 5H~6H, wear resistance than epoxy floor paint;
3、超強的附著力：水性聚氨酯具有非常強的附著力，甚至可以附著在玻璃制品表面；

4、卓越的耐候性：可經(jīng)受長期的太陽照射，抗紫外線能力強，不僅適用于室內(nèi)、室外地面；同時，也可以用作水性外墻涂料；

5單面透氣性：水性聚氨酯在固化過程中發(fā)生2個反應(yīng)，一是復(fù)雜的化學(xué)交聯(lián)反應(yīng)二是作為溶劑的水分揮發(fā)的過程，水分子在揮發(fā)過程中，留下微米級的微孔，就像人的皮膚一樣，當季節(jié)變化或氣溫上升時，內(nèi)部水汽可以通過毛細孔排出而外部水分卻不易深入到里面；

7、顏色可調(diào)：涂膜外觀優(yōu)美，水性聚氨酯可以根據(jù)國標色卡、國際標準色卡、勞爾色卡等顏色生產(chǎn)色漆；也可以根據(jù)客戶的樣塊顏色定制生產(chǎn)；
7, color adjustable: the appearance of the coating is beautiful. Waterborne polyurethane can produce color paint according to the national standard color card, the international standard color card, Raul color card and other colors, and it can also be customized according to the customer's sample color.
8、耐油污、自潔性好：耐沖擊性強耐污性好；耐涂鴉、易清潔，在使用時不易產(chǎn)生裂紋，不需要打蠟護理，可以直接沖洗、易維修保養(yǎng)；

9、薄涂率廣：適用于薄涂工藝，一般在15-22㎡/㎏，可對環(huán)氧自流平，水泥自流平、普通環(huán)氧，PVC等地坪起到表面保護的作用；
